Hi, I'm Aayush, a backend-focused software engineer who enjoys building systems that are reliable, scalable, and built to last. Most of my work revolves around designing APIs, handling data at scale, and solving real-world problems around performance, concurrency, and system design. I care deeply about clean architecture, pragmatic engineering decisions, and writing code that's easy to reason about and maintain.

Over the years, I've worked across multiple backend stacks, building and optimizing production systems, integrating services, and improving existing platforms by replacing mock or temporary solutions with robust, production-ready implementations. I enjoy working close to the product, translating requirements into stable systems that teams can confidently build on.

Recently, I've been expanding into the frontend ecosystem with React and Next.js, with the goal of building complete, end-to-end experiences. In parallel, I'm actively exploring LLMs and AI-powered applications, experimenting with prompt design, workflows, and hands-on projects that combine strong backend foundations with modern AI capabilities.

When I'm not coding, you'll usually find me playing PC games or traveling and capturing moments through photography. I enjoy learning by building, staying curious, and continuously refining how software should be designed as systems grow in complexity.
